Well as most of you already know (b/c you live here, or just watch the news) we got hit with a pile of snow. Last night it was snowing and I was at my friend Jill's house, 4 hours later I come out to my explorer completely covered in snow, I think we got a total of 11 in. last night, on my way home (11:30p.m.) there were two cars stuck so I did the right thing, asked them if they needed a push and sure enough they accepted. No I didn't get out of the car to help them, are you kidding, but my very faithful SUV pushed them out from being stuck. Then, I come across yet another car, and repeated what I had just previously done. I felt like I did a good thing. Still driving home, NONE of the main roads were plowed yet, and I was going like 3 mph, sliding all over the place, and there was lightning....LIGHTNING!!!!! I was scared to death, normally it would take me about 2 minutes to get home from Jill's b/c she doesn't live that far but last night it took me about 20 minutes.
Anyways, it is still snowing and we are supposed to get anoth 11 inches tonight and then 3-5 in. tomorrow, great.

Oh Kim! What a nice gal you are! We haven't gotten that much snow here in SD, but we're around 8-9 I think! Hopefully today it will be nice enough for the kiddos to go and enjoy some of that mess!
