Well this weekend is the air fest, we love going to it. It is so amazing how low the jets get and it is incredibly loud! We get a great view of the show b/c we are just on the other side of the river and they fly pretty much right over our house, and the daycare Landen attends. Well yesterday was the 1st practice in La Crosse and all the daycare kiddos went out side to watch the planes, Landen and a few other kids were sooooooooo scared, b/c it is SO loud and one of his teachers was holding him b/c he was screaming and so clung onto her he dug his nails right into her skin. As a matter of fact I'm on the south side of La Crosse and I can hear them as I type.
So my dad picked Landen up from school (that's what I call it) and they bummed around for a bit and my dad pointed out the jets to Landen, and he did the same thing. I wonder why he is so scared, I mean I know it's loud but he has been that way with anything slightly loud since he was brand-new. Poor little guy, I want him to be able to enjoy this but I think it's going to be awhile.
