Ok, so I'm going to try not to ask about this again, I know it can get annoying. BUT...I am super interested in learning more about digital scrapbooking, I tried to go onto scrappers blogs and ask questions but seriously...I have no idea WHERE to ask the question. My friend Jennisa
(as some of you already know her) is trying to learn more about it as well, however she is buying Photoshop Elements 4.0, I already have Photoshop Elements 3.0 Does anyone know if i can use that program/version?????? I'm so lost on this all I just want to learn how to do it! (insert crying mommy here) (well I'm not REALLY crying.

I hope you are able to figure it out. I do a little bit of digital scrapping but I don't use either of those programs, I use Paint Shop Pro. I hope you are able to figure it out.
You should be fine with 3.0. I usually tell people who dont do actual design work to buy something like painter 10 , or Paint shop pro. Adobe has tons of tools and they can be confusing if you dont know what your doing.

I digiscrap and love it. I found that website when I first started and it really helped. I use photoshop cs2, so I don't know a lot about Elements, but know that a lot of people use it. Maybe that website might help you??? I am sure I could answer a some questions, if you get stuck! Good luck!
