Updates...

Yes we are still alive, I have been so busy this summer it's not even comical.
We have had soo many weddings, birthday parties, etc. Trav's dad got me a computer for my birthday and now I can't seem to get my Sandisc card reader to install and pull up it's really angering me b/c I have a TON of new pics that I want you all to see, so hopefully soon (cross your fingers) we can get that all straightened out.
Landen is slowly but surely creeping into that "Terrible" two's stage, although I Don't really like to use that word, b/c he is SO NOT terrible, just trying maybe. :)
He is talking up a storm, some of it is still baby babble, but that's a-o-kay with moi.
I gave him a haircut the other night and it was sad. As many of you know he has (had...excuse me) a beautiful head of BLEACH BLONDE hair, well i decided to use our kiddie clippers. I had him to touch them so he knew that mommy wasn't going to hurt him, I was going to give him a faux-hawk mind you. Well he grabbed the clippers out of my hand and said "momma tut" (momma cut) and he put the clippers right up against a front patch of beautiful bright blonde hair, well... there went the idea for the hawk, I ended up havin to shave his head.
I must say he looks mighty handsome (I mean why wouldn't he?) but now he looks too much like a big boy and I don't know that I'm ready for him to be a big boy.

Another thing he has been dong me is telling me he goes #2. He will just say "Momma... poop" and I'll check the diaper and sure enough... he went, we aren't quite ready for training yet though, he likes to just sit on is potty and try to play with the seat... uh-hum and himself. So, that's going to be another challenging task LATER down the road.

So I hope you all are still checking to see that I am alive and I promise as soon as I get this card reader installed I will update with oodles of photos!
