Needless to say we will not be going to my dad and step mom's in Waukon, IA. for Thanksgiving. We were going to celebrate Landens birthday and the holiday but we will be staying home so that no one else catches it.
Landen's Birthday Party at Chuck E Cheese is on Saturday at 6 so hopefully he will be feeling better by then. I will be taking him outside for a few minutes at a time (the cold air is really supposed to be good for their breathing the nurse said, also there will be lots of cuddling and snuggle time, oh and the humidifier will be running constantly.
He sounded better this morning , well slightly but the first thing he asked for when he woke up was "foot nats" that's 2 year old talk for fruit snacks, lol.

Oh yeah he weighs 30 lbs, what a brut!

Oh my gosh! How scary! Poor, poor Landen! :( What a crappy way to spend Thanskgiving and your birthday! :( I'm so sorry. That stinks. I hope Landen improves and that you enjoy a few days of snuggling. Don't you go and get sick now!
Oh thanks for the well wishes, I hope he gets better soon, it was really an ordeal, like I said he has croup before but it was NOTHING like this time around.
That's pretty scary. Especially how fast stuff like that comes on!
