Going to be decorating Landen's playroom downstairs. There are 3 walls that I have to work with and it is not the biggest of spaces but I am at a loss at what to do, budget needs to be taken into consideration as well.

I'm always a fan of basic bright colors for kid's spaces (Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, Orange). Also, think about painting an area with chalkboard paint and then framing in that area, creating a chalkboard on your wall. Kinda fun if Landen is artsy.
Check out kids stores (Pottery Barn Kids, etc) to see how they decorate for inspiration.
