Another year gone....

Another year has flown by. It's crazy because when I was younger I remember feeling like I was never going to be old to do this or that and now I really don't have any other "things" to look forward except for senior citizen discounts!
I mean I will always look forward to watching my child grow and do more "firsts" but I am talking about my birthdays, drivers' license, turning 21, etc.
Speaking of my child, that is when i think the time really started to pick up speed and take off on me, he's 2, running around, driving (in his new big truck). Lol, the other day when he was sitting in the driver's seat of this massive truck (sitting in the middle of my living room floor by the way b/c it is TOO big to go anywhere else but outside, and it's too cold to take it out yet) I leaned over and asked Landen for a kiss, it went like this :

Me: Landen, may mommy have a kiss from you?

Landen: No.......I drivin'

Well, that's right you better just keep those eyes on the rode mister, and you remember that for when you are in the car and a "girl" asks you for a kiss!!!! lol

Last night we went over to our friends' Sheri and Jason's house for NYE. It was nice, relaxing well as relaxing it can get with 2 two year olds who are just 2 months apart from each other. We had chili for supper and had a glass of wine, and believe it or not the kids stayed up very late.
