I love bedhead on my kids but little guy looks just like his dad in the morning so I had to take a picture. Thanks for the compliment on my daughter's color of hair. I am assuming the red head because she gets lots of comments. Both mine and my husband's great grandma's had red hair so we both must have a throw back gene. She was blessed with a beautiful shade! Love the kefir! It looks yummy.
OK another comment. I looked at your pictures after leaving my first comment. I love the Korea pics. My sisters went to Korea to visit a friend who was teaching there almost two years ago. They both absolutely loved it. The pictures are just wonderful and they both really liked Jeju Island (sp?). Enjoy-I know I would!
I feel a little silly asking this, as I seem to be the only one who doesn't know (and I'm sure a Google search would clear this up), BUT, what exactly IS Kefir anyway?
Kelly, dont worry. Had I not ran across it in the yogurt isle at the store I wouldnt hav eknown either. It tastes kind of like yogurt. It is filled with pro-biotics which i like b/c when Landen was really little he was ALWAYS sick and we started giving him probiotics which are also organic and he always got better so much quicker and then it was harder for him to get sick. Landen loves it, obviously...lol!
Mmmm...Kefir. My favorite is the raspberry flavor. The plain has way too much of the pucker factor for me, but I love the flavored kind. We make sure we have lots on hand if ever the kids have to go on antibiotics. Somehow that good intestinal stuff needs to be returned after it's wiped out by meds.
